Hi everyone!! We made it safely to the Tianjin airport. Not sure how we made it without wrecking but we are here. As I have said before, there really are not rules to driving over here. I have grabbed my seat many time. No car seat for Sophie Nuan. Very scary! Our 12:25 flight was cancelled but we are scheduled to leave at 2pm
Sophie Nuan is going back and forth between Daddy and Brother today. Mama is allowed to watch and laugh but still no touching!!! Our departure from Angela was so hard. I believe she really is an undercover angel. She is so patient, kind, and gentle. I have enjoyed getting to know her and I miss her so much. It was very hard to tell her bye.
Some of you have asked what size she is. Her 3T dresses are fitting but her 3T shorts do not fit over her Buddha Belly. Hopefully 4T shorts will not be too big.

Loved the Airport time with you guys. Sophie was so funny, she is so full of energy. I can not wait for you to get home, I fee like yall are my children that's been gone forever, I have missed you terriably. I don't remember if I told you or not but Mrs. Pittman said to tell you she has tried to blog you but it wont let her, but she was thinking about you. I had many people at the gate tonight to ask about yall. Sophie has come so far and she is getting closer and closer to you, she is taking baby steps and I know you think it is never coming but I skyped you daily and each day I see the changes. She is all yours forever just hang in there. I hope yall have a peaceful flight, maybe she will wind down before you leave at 2. Love you and Talk to you tommorrow.

I am so glad you mentioned the clothes size. I had been meaning to ask so I can start looking at Laura's dresses. Don't worry about pants because so many pants have the adjustable waist that you might can get some 3's and put the elastic on the very last button. Another thing she and I have in common! Everything sounds better everyday and you know, you could tell how sweet Angela was just by looking at the picture she was in. Still missing you and can't wait to see you. Travelling prayers are being sent out. Originally they were for flying but driving prayers are definitely in order!!!
Can't wait to see more blog and pictures of Guanzhou. I am counting down the days to 9/11 to welcome home Sophie and the Peaks. Seems like you have been gone forever. Sophie has a whole other family waiting on her here in Dothan. We will continue to pray for safe travels both in the air and on the ground. I know you are warming Sophie's heart and it will show soon. As said in a movie title I saw on tv the other night, "Love Comes Softly". Love you all, and miss all of you so much. Sunshine Lane is ready for our new little neighbor to arrive.

Hi Sherrie and everyone, it's 11:15pm here on Sat night - 12:15 there on Sunday afternoon (I think). I am so thankful for the little steps Sophie is taking toward her mom. I'm praying for you all and all the traveling and appointments you have in the coming days. I hope you are enjoying your time there but I sure will be glad to see all of you back home. Love to all.
