HOMELAND SECURITY APPROVAL!!!!!!!!

YEA!!!!!!! Our document came today!!!!! I wasn't even really thinking about it and there it was to my surprise. It only took 4 1/2 week but it sure has seemed much longer than that. I called Stephanie, our Dossier Consultant, and she was surprised and excited. We have to get this document notarized, authenticated, and then certified by the Secretary of State in Montgomery. We will send it to Stephanie and she will process everything and she said that we are looking at March 28 to be DTC (Dossier to China). I can't believe that I am finally typing this. The next step is to get a TA (Travel Approval from China) and a CA (Consulate Appointment). We are getting closer and closer to bringing out daughter home to her "forever family"!!!! Thank you Lord for bringing this all together for this impatient waiting mama!!!!!!
